IASSIST, in collaboration with the Data Intensive Research Initiative (DIRI) of South Africa hosted the 3rd IASSIST Africa Regional Workshop, at the CSIR ICC in Pretoria, South Africa.

IASSIST 2023 has a specific focus on the future of Research Data Management and how this field is constantly change and evolving. Therefore, the theme for 2023 was “Re-imagining the future of Research Data Management”. The workshop covered topics related to the main theme and the sub-themes below (but not limited):
